advise you of any adverse factors that may hinder a timely
sale of your property and advise you of any needed
professional inspections.

Work diligently to sell your property and keep you informed
of my progress. when an offer is presented I will work up a
sellers net sheet to let you know approximately what your
bottom line will be at closing. I do not want you to have any
unpleasent or unexpected surprises at closing.
